GET A WARRANT!!!!

The United States Supreme Court recently issued a decision regarding whether law enforcement officers are able to search a suspect's cell phone incident to arrest.

"Our answer to the question of what police must do before searching a cell phone seized incident to arrest is...simple - get a warrant."

The Court reasoned that allowing a police officer access to everything that could be on a cell phone was a bridge too far.
